The Agapao Foundation has contracted the services of a banking partner to process credit card donations submitted online. Our banking partner's secured server encrypts your credit card information so that it may be safely transmitted over the Web. Your credit card information will not be released by The Agapao Foundation or its banking partner to any other party.

Proposals and Estimates

 If this form is used as a proposal or an assignment confirmation, the fees and expenses show are minimum proposals only. Final fees and expenses shall be calculated on a final invoice. Client's approval shall be obtained for any increases in fees or expenses that exceed the original proposal by 10% or more.
