FACTS ABOUT THE MERCY MINISTRY:

• 35 Adults Attendees
  
• 40 Children Attendees
  
• Adults are mostly women 35 years and under. Only 1 regular male attendee.
• Only about 4 of the women are between the ages of 60-70 years
• These women work for less than $4 a day
  
• Their husbands are either alcoholics, drug-abusers, and are unwilling to work in order to provide for their families
• Organized and run by volunteers from the local Living Way Foursquare Church
  

What we Provide for the Children:

• Free Day-Care facility
  
• Free tutoring and schooling
  
• Help provide the children with clothes, shoes and stationery
  
• Free lessons in English & Information Technology
  

What we Provide for the Adults:

• Free Vocational Training in Sewing and Culinary Skills for Women
  
• Counseling
  
• Job Opportunities
  
• Nutritional food parcels once a week

What we are currently working on:

• Sports Coach for the Children
  
• Expanding Vocational Training Facility
  
• Purchase of new sewing machines and funds for servicing present machines
  
• Security for the Ministry premises
  
• 3 Ceiling fans for the building
